What do you Need Today?

Answers? Reassurance? Advice? Support: Financial and emotional?

Help is at Hand
I am guessing your needs have changed quite dramatically since last month when we posted about contingency planning and health and safety compliance?

It’s a scary time right now, and you’re probably unsure of the best way to manage your people and protect the future of your business.
We’re here to help.

What can You do Today?

  1. Take advantage of everything the government is offering in terms of financial relief: Talk to your accountant and HMRC to put the brakes on VAT bills and manage your cashflow.
  2. Talk to your HR dept or an external HR company to get expert advice and help you navigate the new laws being introduced. Find out everything you can to make informed decisions on your immediate firefighting and future security.
  3. Be decisive about who you will continue to employ, layoff temporarily or make redundant. It’s extremely hard to make tough decisions, but they need to be made quickly, within the law and with compassion.
  4. If you’re in a fortunate position to need more staff, then you’ll need to hire quickly while ensuring they are the right people for the task. A bad hire right now will cost you dearly. Get expert advice on hiring and ensure you comply with the new April employment laws in terms of contracts for all employees from day one.
